How to Use Baby Sleep Massage Oil
Test your baby's skin first by massaging a small amount onto their hand. Leave for 5-10 minutes to ensure there is no reaction. Start your baby massage by applying a small amount of oil to your own hands then work your way from the thighs down to the feet. Rub and massage gently.

Place your baby on their tummy and gently massage their back working your way up towards their head. You can also give them a soothing head massage, applying very gentle nurturing pressure.

A baby massage will not only calm and relax your bub but it can also help relax you.

Precaution
Do not use for babies under 3 months old. Store out of direct sunlight, safely out of reach of children. Store below 30 degrees. Seek medical advice if your baby has known allergies or respiratory issues. Not to be ingested.
