How to Use Sleep Bath Soak
BATH - Pour 1/2 cup of the bath soak salts under the running water. Ensure the majority are dissolved before getting into the bath. Bath for at least 10 minutes to maximise the experience.
FOOT BATH - Pour 2 heaped tablespoons in hot water, when the water is cool enough soak your feet to soften and assist with reduction of aching.
